UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is £1.49 and is free when the card subtotal is £20 or more. A Signed UK delivery option is £3.49. The delivery estimates shown at checkout are targets rather than guarantees.
Singles are sleeved and protected appropriately for dispatch. Orders are prepared after cleared payment.
Changing your mind
For eligible consumer orders placed online, you can normally tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them. Returned cards should be protected appropriately during transit.
Where a return is simply a change of mind, the customer is normally responsible for the direct return-postage cost. If a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights apply.
Refunds
Eligible refunds include the price paid and, where required by consumer law, the basic outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any refund of outbound delivery may be limited to the cost of the standard option.
